phase 1 environmental site assessment (esa)

The Phase 1 ESA involves a review of records, site inspection, interview with owners, occupants, neighbors and more to ascertain the environmental conditions of the property site location. Our staff will work to identify any recognized environmental conditions (REC's) that may impact the location and any construction related activities that may be performed on the site.

Bainbridge Conducts Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) in accordance with current ASTM E1527 Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment Process ("E1527"), currently E1527-13.
